  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet the demands of the team
  • Be proficient in data entry
  • Be able to prioritize and organize your workload
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own and be self-motivated
  • Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Be competent in general administration such as filing, faxing, photocopying etc
  • Ability to use a computer – Microsoft Office (excel, word).
  • Knowledge of sage accounts would be useful
