- Be proficient in data entry
- Be able to prioritize and organize your workload
- Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own and be self-motivated
- Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Be competent in general administration such as filing, faxing, photocopying etc
- Ability to use a computer – Microsoft Office (excel, word).
- Knowledge of sage accounts would be useful
